Early Release MM
Grades K-6
Fun, excitement, special projects and activities are part of this
extended day program. Programs run from the time school
releases until 6pm. Dismissal times before 1pm require each
child to bring their own lunch. Snacks will be served. All early
release programs are separate from our B.A.S.E. program. We
do not accept Flex Passes for this program and all children must
pay the additional fee to attend. This program is not qualifi ed for
a monthly payment plan.

Flex Pass MM
Grades K-6
The Flex Pass is perfect for your last minute childcare needs.
It is good for either 10 days of B-4 School or 5 days of
afterschool (B.A.S.E.) program care. Passes can be shared
among family members and notifi cation of use can be made
as late as 1 pm the same day. This is an effective, affordable
and convenient alternative for last minute needs. Passes may
be purchased at the front desk of the Prairie View Community
Center. Flex passes cannot be used for Early Release or GAP
days. Flex passes are non-refundable.

BEFORE SCHOOL PROGRAM
B4 School Grades K-6 MM
The Morton Grove Park District offers a before school program for
children in School District 67, and 70. This program runs from
7:00 am until the start of your child's school day. Activities include a
balance of active and non-active games and activities. Children are
offered a cereal breakfast each morning. This program takes place at
the Hynes School. Non-attendance (GAP) days will be dictated by the
school calendar.

The Morton Grove Park District creates an Afterschool Experience
for your child each and every day. It is a positive, safe and nurturing
environment to allow children to freely express themselves. Centers
provide an assortment of physical activities, arts & crafts, as well as
areas for reading, drama, math and science. Dedicated homework
time and a snack are provided daily. Non-attendance (GAP) days will be
dictated by the school calendar.

NEW Junior Leaders in Training B.A.S.E. JM
Grades 7-9
If you enjoy being around children and you are interested in getting some
experience working with kids, then this is the program for you! This is
a great opportunity for youths in 7th-9th grade to learn about working
in childcare. Positions are available for the Hynes and Park View BASE
programs. Candidates must have a recommendation letter from a staff
member at Hynes or Park View School and must be approved by Recreation
Supervisor Jeanette McNichols. Upon signing up for the program, please
turn recommendation letter into Jeanette McNichols.
