Our adult classes release tension, develop
total body fi tness and build stamina and
overall productivity! In addition to self-
defense skills, karate increases fl exibility,
cardiovascular endurance, and muscle tone,
while improving core strength. Class on
11/5 will met at PVCC.

Ages 18 and up
Season will start in the beginning of
September and consist of 8 regular season
games and playoffs. Fees include umpires,
softballs, and prize money for season and
tournament winners. For any additional

August 20th or when the program fi lls. League
fee does not include forfeit fee.
