Some of the above programs require additional registration forms, which can be found online, filled out and turned in to complete registration at Prairie View Community Center. Definition of Residency* Anyone living within the geographic boundaries of Morton Grove is considered a resident. An automatic debit is processed on a monthly basis from a credit card account. For further information contact the Guest Service Supervisor at (847) 965-1200. Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy (See page 55) Resident Registration Resident registration begins Monday, August 6. Non-Resident Registration Non-resident registration begins Monday, August 13. Non-resident fees for Park District programs are 25% more than the resident fee unless otherwise stated. See defi nition of residency below. NEW to Morton Grove? Household Account required for registration Help us help you. All participants must obtain a new Household Account in order to register. Create an account by completing and submitting a Household Form in person, by mail/drop off or by fax, or online at mortongroveparks.com.
