It's about 5:30 p.m. on a picture-perfect Monday after-
noon in late April, a time of day when things are beginning
to wind down at most horse farms. However, at Jane
Lyon's Summer Wind Farm in Georgetown, Kentucky,
there is plenty of hustle and bustle as one of her last few
hold outs, undefeated stakes winner Princess Arabella,
labors through the delivery of her foal.
