By Mail Mailing your registration will delay this process and events may sell out while your registration is in transit. Submit only one copy of your registration form. Be cautious when submitting your registration or making changes to your current registration. Duplicate charges may occur if you send more than one copy of a registration form. If you are a citizen of or work for a company registered in South Africa, you must provide your SARS identification number at the time of payment for registration and event fees to receive a valid VAT invoice. If you are not a citizen or your company is not registered in South Africa, there are very limited opportunities for VAT recovery. AAPG does not provide tax advice; if you need more detailed information on VAT, please consult a qualified VAT professional. Payment Registration cannot be processed unless full payment is received with your registration. Payment may be made by check, credit card or wire transfer. Cash payments are accepted onsite only. Wire Transfers Please email customerservice@aapg.org for information on paying by wire transfer. If you plan on paying your registration fee by wire transfer, please allow ample time so that AAPG receives notification of the transfer prior to 22 October. If a wire transfer is received after this date, we cannot guarantee that it will be applied to your registration record. Cancellations/Refunds u Cancellations can be made by following the instructions on your confirmation or contact the AAPG Registration Center/TPN by email (customerservice@tpni.com) or telephone (+1 781 688 8000) by 13 September. u Cancellations received on or before 13 September will be fully refunded less a $75 processing fee. Refunds will not be issued after 13 September or for "no shows." You may substitute one participant for another. u Refunds for field trips and/or short courses can be made until 13 September. No refunds for field trips and/or short courses can be made after this date. *Member rates apply to members of the following societies: AAPG, AASP, AWG, CPC, CSPG, GSA, GSSA, IAMG, NABG, SEG, SEPM, SIPES, SPE, SPWLA, TSOP. **Emeritus Members must be current members of one of the above associations with a minimum of 30 years and be 65 years old to qualify.
