The patented Everlasting 3at rotating disc Bulk Material Valve includes a stuf2ng box that can be quickly repacked in the 2eld without having to disassemble the valve or remove its air cylinder. The spring-loaded cylinder-rod packing provides high abrasion resistance, therefore longer life before repacking. The Rotating Shearing Discs are self lapping and rotate to polish away scratches that develop on wide sealing surfaces. This unique valve has proven itself time and again in applications where other valves require repairing or replacing more than once a year. The Bulk Material Valve (BMV) was speci2cally designed for gravity feed and/or pneumatic conveying of abrasives in dry processes. Sizes range from 2" through 14" including 5" in cast iron and carbon steel with cast seats and discs of hardened 440 stainless steel. Cast iron sizes 2" through 8" are available from stock.
