E Appliances, a Haier company, has entered into a contract to
manufacture private-label refrigerators, upright freezers, chest
freezers, dishwashers, gas and electric free-standing ranges,
and front-load laundry machines for Crosley Corporation, the exclusive
distributor of Crosley-branded appliances through a network of
independently owned distributors and retailers in the U.S. Additionally,
GE Appliances will supply kitchen and select laundry products under
the Crosley Professional, Crosley and Conservator brands.

Appliances," said Chris Harris, president and chief executive officer
for Crosley Corporation. "The Crosley brand and our customers will
benefit immensely from GE Appliances' world-class products,
service and innovation."
Crosley is an iconic brand that dates to the early 1900s and currently
has 14 distributors and 3,000 independent retailers in the U.S. Known
for quality and personalized service, Crosley's 10-year warranties are
among the best in the appliance industry.

GE Appliances will start shipping appliances in September. "Today's
