Bee Healthy
One of honey's biggest brands, Nature
Nate's Honey, has made a considerable
donation to the Department of Entomology
at Cornell University to support its bee
conservation and apiary research programs
that directly impact the health and evolution
of the bees and beekeepers across the
U.S. It's also donated funds to three other
large universities as part of its broader
conservation effort called Happy Hives,
Happy Lives.
Says Nathan Sheets, founder and CEO,
"We believe conservation goes far beyond
the bees, and we're committed to serving
the entire honey ecosystem." The company
is committed to supporting bee health,
best practices in sustainability, and giving
profits back to communities in need. "We
believe that a solution lies in investing in
education, and we hope that by supporting
groundbreaking research that we will be
able to impact bees for generations, support
American beekeepers, and fuel passion for
bees in young people across the country."
