various programs and services nearly 38,000 children and adults
received training, educa on and par cipated in screening events to

We truly believe improving health is a shared responsibility of health
care providers, public health officials, organiza ons and individuals
who contribute to the well-being of our communi es. No single en ty
can make a community healthy. We can accomplish more by working
together with a common vision to improve health.
Last fall, we partnered with DeKalb County Health Department to
conduct a Community Health Needs Assessment. We'll use the results
of the needs assessment to determine how we will give back to the
community in services we offer and other community programs.
Through our con nued commitment in promo ng healthier lifestyles
our goal is the development and implementa on of programs that
directly address needs iden fied in the assessment. We'll also
emphasize primary health care, healthy lifestyle
choices, and preven ng diseases before
