Staff Longevity Key to CMCS Success A t the July 25th general staff meeting, Tom Klages recognized 7 staff members who have worked 15 years or more at CMCS. We are proud of the fact that over 5% of CMCS' employees have worked at CMCS for 15 years or more." When asked what has kept them here for so long, the employees are very complimentary towards their employer. Wanda Jamison describes CMCS as a compassionate employer that knows how to keep employees happy and productive, and that's what has kept her with CMCS for the past 15 years. Karen Stouder likes the comfortable atmosphere at CMCS where she enjoys the flexibility and great leadership; she especially likes working for Executive Director Klages. "I just like my job," Kellie Fannin says, succinctly. Although CMCS keeps growing, she points out it still has the feel of a small company. The great flexibility and variety of work keeps Jeffra Jones with CMCS, and she really likes the people she works with, too. It's no wonder the seven ladies, with their combined total of 111 years of work for CMCS, have been faithful employees! CMCS currently leases half of the second floor and shares office space with our sister company, Advantage Health Plan. The additional space was needed to accommodate staff growth for the 2013 year. The office space will house up to 19 staff including three offices and a training room. The space will be ready for occupancy on January 1st. As CMCS grows, our clients will benefit from new services such as data analytics and additional staff members, dedicated to the health plans and providers' needs. 4th quarter 2012
