SiG MT 33 e convenience of city access melts into the feel of secluded country living at one of KIB Homes' newest residences in the Coonwood Glen subdivision. Less than ten minutes from Great Falls' Home Depot, the home provides the peacefulness of rural living, without a long drive into town, KIB Homes Superintendent Jason Gibson says. "We love helping people to achieve their dreams," explains Jason. "It is very humbling, and we are very thankful to have the opportunity to help our customers." About 60 percent of the homes KIB builds are custom designs – specific to the needs and ideas of the homeowner. e rest are spec houses, many of which sell before they are even completed, giving owners the opportunity to tailor their abodes to their own desires while the structures are still under construction. With the assistance of local craspeople and businesses, Jason estimates that KIB has built approximately 150 residences since 2004, most within a 5-month turnaround time. On average, approximately 44 different entities are involved in the creation of a KIB home. "KIB Homes is all about teamwork, and we really want to celebrate our subcontractors and the amazing things they produce," he says. e four-bedroom, three bath Coonwood Glen home boasts 10-foot ceilings and over 2,600 square feet of spacious, open floorplan. Stunning views add elegance to every meal. River rock masonary and hand-hewn woodwork borders the cozy living room fireplace. Custom rustic hickory cabinets and live-edge pine bar are accentuated by LED lighting.
