KIB Homes' commercial office space, situated in the former Double
Barrel Restaurant building in Great Falls, gives customers a glimpse into
their flair for style and fine crasmanship.
e space has a lengthy history in the community, and was once even
an old service station, Jason says.
"Rumor has it, the old air hoist to li vehicles is still underneath the
floor, but no one knows that for sure," he adds.
To bring it into current-day splendor, the KIB crew removed and
rebuilt the former restaurant's face and roof, and converted the interior
into an open, modern office space.
Perhaps the building's most eye-catching feature is the copper
patina exposed duct work, which is accentuated by a jet-black ceiling.
Copper paneling can be found in the bathroom areas, while
corrugated metal sets off the exterior's style.
Jason says he can't stress enough the importance of the many
local entities who came together to create this office space, as well
as every KIB home.
"KIB employs several people, but the real team is the 44-plus
companies we work with," he explains. "What one team member does
effects all the rest."
