12 | r e d f c u.o r g Redstone Federal Credit Union recently awarded $65,100 in scholarships to students as part of its commitment to higher education and brighter futures. $65,100 R E D S T O N E A W A R D S S T U D E N T S in Scholarship Money Students received $4,650 each, which is paid directly to their college or university. Redstone has awarded more than $465,000 in scholarships since the program's inception in 1996. •e application process reopens in December for the 2019 academic year. Travion Crutcher, a Huntsville High School graduate who will be attending Tennessee State University, said the scholarship money allows him to attend college during the upcoming school year without going into debt.
