PROCEDURE
EXPIRING BOARD TERMS
At TCCU your board of directors are volunteers. That's
one of the key differences between banks and credit
unions. Unlike stockholders, voluntary board members receive no
bonuses or pay for their work. Our board terms are three years and
a TCCU member is eligible to seek election to serve on the board.
The terms of two board members are expiring next year. The terms
of Bill Willis and Marilyn Darnall will both be ending. Members over
18 years old and in good standing who are interested in serving on
the board may submit their nomination prior to February 1, 2013.
