No matter what your preference is, you
won't go hungry or thirsty. Bob's Steak
& Chop House offers luxury dining at its
finest, with award-winning prime steaks
and wine, while Neighborhood Services is
slightly more laid back, featuring things
like the can't-miss Hot Brown Tots, a
guilty-pleasure appetizer designed to pay
respect to Louisville's famous Hot Brown
sandwich.
Bob's décor is classic and warm, and
Neighborhood Services has a custom mural
of Morrissey Garage as well as bricks from
the original building. It is another nod to
the past, as the structure was one of the
country's first circular garages and was a
historic landmark located on the site of
the hotel.
The drink menus throughout the various
restaurants and bars are, unsurprisingly,
bourbon focused, but they also offer
c l a s sic favorites as well as creative-
ly crafted cocktails featuring other spir-
its, too. Alongside the traditional Mint Ju-
lep-type offerings, there are things like
the Photo Finish, a kicky concoction of
El Tesoro Reposado tequila, Montelobos
mezcal, fresh lime, and cinnamon syrup.
