The Mansion itself is open
concept with carefully arranged
seating areas such as the library, living
room, dining room, parlor, kitchen, and, of
course, bar. Oversized and featuring high-quality wine
and exclusive liquors, the bar is meant to be a gath-
ering spot, as it is also flanked by two kitchen areas.
On Friday of Breeders' Cup, Angie Mar, who is
the executive chef and owner of the Beatrice Inn in
New York City, will be in residence, while Masaharu
Morimoto, who has restaurants around the world and
is known for his numerous victories on Iron Chef,
takes the helm on Saturday.
