27 farm406 husband, Klint, and their children, Bree and Austin. "It was completely flawless." The fifth-generation cattle ranching family's farmyard was the tour's only stop in the state of Montana. "They had the whole thing catered from top to bottom," said Lori, whose family was joined by about 50 friends, family members, and community partners for the celebration. As the partygoers watched Troy work, they enjoyed the Angus-centered feast, which was catered by Andy's Supper Club's Shaina Hofeldt. "It was the best dang burger patty ever," Burnt Image photographer Eric Visocan said. "Angus burger and the fixings – and when I say fixings, we are talking pineapple, tomatoes, lettuce – no ketchup or mustard was needed!" "It was absolutely fabulous," Lori agreed. "The food itself was out of this world, but the presentation was absolutely gorgeous!" Troy's barn paintings, each of which takes two to three days to complete, began at the Baldwin Angus Ranch in Ocala, Florida on January 15. The party circuit will conclude in October, near Certified Angus Beef brand's headquarters in Wooster, Ohio. Much like the ranches selected for the "Brand the Barn" tour, it takes something special to meet Certified Angus Beef brand qualifications. The meat must pass ten strict quality standards – a feat only three out of 10 Angus cattle are able to achieve. "We are so honored to have it," Lori said of the Certified Angus Beef brand logo that now adorns her red barn. "I looked over to the barn after it was done and said, 'Holy cow! This is a big deal!'" You can follow the Brand the Barn journey on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or at CertifiedAngusBeef.com. Producing top-quality Angus beef is an everyday goal at Shipwheel Cattle Company.
