A five-day trip to Paris earlier this year—my first visit to my favorite city in five
years—quickly evolved into an eating tour of old favorites with a few new
ones added in. While there was the occasional disappointment to be found,
not much changes at this level of Parisian dining: Here are ten spots to con-
sider if you're planning your own culinary journey through the City of Lights.
