SENIOR CLASS
The Wildcats do not have an honorary captain for this week's game against Illinois.
Instead, we use this space to salute out Senior Class which has earned 34 victories and
25 Big Ten victories over the last four years—most in program history. This class helped
earn Northwestern's first Big Ten West Division title and berth in Big Ten Championship
game in program history, and has the opportunity to become the first class to win a Big
Ten title since the Year 2000. The 2018 senior class also has earned a trip to four-straight
bowl games and has the opportunity to become the first class in program history to win
three bowl games.
