"It is sort of ironic that one of our favorite places to eat
in Deauville would be an Italian/Pizzeria restaurant. Santa
Lucia has a very active and lively atmosphere, somewhere
you could bump into almost anyone in the industry during
sale evenings. The kitchen is in full view of their patrons,
and it's amazing to observe the speed and efficiency of their
service. The walls are filled with photographs of the various
famous guests they've welcomed over the years. The food is
always excellent; everything is local, fresh, and prepared in-
house. Best known for their pizzas, the Santa Lucia (seafood)
pizza being my favorite. My wife, Kathy, enjoys the Rocco. I
will say that their summer-time starters are incredible also
– Melon & Prosciutto or the Tomato & Mozzarella being our
favorites. It is a place that seems to satisfy everyone's tastes
and budgets, whether it's for a simple salad or for the exotic
truffle or caviar pizzas. It never disappoints, and you never
feel like you haven't gotten value for what you have eaten."
