Can you imagine a frog that is smaller than a five-cent piece? Baw Baw Frog babies are so tiny that most people don't even know they exist! TINY FROGS! BIG NEWS FOR FUN FACT They were bred for the first time ever in captivity at Melbourne Zoo Sadly, these frogs are nearly extinct which is why Melbourne Zoo has been trying to breed them for seven years. Last year our clever team of scientists discovered the secret to baby Baw Baw Frogs and got the mum frogs to lay lile tadpole eggs. This is a very big step towards saving these tiny frogs from extinction! 10
