With colors and fabrics as bold and rich as the Montana skies and landscapes, this year's The Russell Runway Show gives attendees a chance to wrap themselves up in wearable art from an array of regional and heirloom worthy designers. Along with returning contributions from Montana Dreamwear, Meredith Lockhart, and Lindsey Thornberg, the 2019 show will include a live auction of one-of-a-kind vests and ponchos. Each piece is hand-painted by a celebrated artist from The Russell including Troy Collins, Tim Joyner, and Greg Kelsey. The opportunities to enhance a personal wardrobe continue after the show and auction. Attendees can mingle and consult with designers, view modeled pieces up close, and even purchase pieces on site from the returning designers as well as Western Grace, Paris Montana, Cavviada, and Julie Ewing Designs. It is not uncommon to see these Western art fashions being worn by their new owners at The Russell Auction later that evening.
