Rooms at Pavilion Grand will certainly leave you feeling like you're right at home, but chances are you don't have a full-service spa and salon at your house. Popular with the wedding crowd, the salon services offered at Pavilion Grand (either downstairs or in-room) would be perfect for preparing for a big event like Travers Day. While Pavilion Grand is within walking distance of dozens of Saratoga restaurants, bars, and cafés, there are a couple of food options on premises. For casual breakfast and dinner, the Blue Peacock Bistro right in the lobby is a convenient option, offering coffee, cold-press juices, and sandwiches. The Caroline, with fig jam, green apple slices, Manchego cheese, and the option to add turkey or bacon is a tasty—albeit messy—choice for fans of savory and sweet combinations. Blue Peacock also offers wine by the glass and bottle, and meat and cheese plates that can be enjoyed on one's terrace. More formal dining without stepping outside (or even out of your room) can be done at Fish at 30 Lake, a higher-end seafood restaurant that was recently acquired by the owners of nearby R&R Kitchen and Bar and Upstairs at 43 Phila. While Pavilion Grand is within walking distance of dozens of Saratoga eateries, there are food options on premises.
