Dear Member, As I complete my first year as Chairman, and a full year it has been, I reflect on our primary purpose: Member Service. We have diligently been working on several initiatives, all focused on improving our Member Service experience. e largest initiative this year was creating an independent network to protect your privacy. We are happy to announce that JMAFCU successfully migrated over to our new network in November 2018. is initiative has only strengthened the safety and security of your information and transactions. It will also provide us the ability to enhance and expand the financial tools and services that help you manage your personal finances. Another initiative started in 2018 was a focus on your "Stages of Life." To address this, we created the Innovation and Opportunities Committee, consisting of a wide generational group of Associates and retired Associates. eir sole goal is to communicate with you to ensure the JMAFCU services and product offerings provide you the financial tools and credit availability to assist you throughout the various stages of your life. We all have events in common; whether it's starting a new job here at JM Family, managing personal finances, buying homes and cars, saving for life events, or splurging on that special trip or personal interest. We all can look to JMAFCU to help us make these happen and assist us throughout these many stages. On behalf of the Board of Directors, we want to extend our deep appreciation to JM Family and the Moran family for their continued support. As JM Family has continued to grow, many Associates did not have the pleasure and opportunity to meet Mr. Moran. Did you know that Mr. Moran was the driving force behind the creation of our credit union in 1980? He wanted JMAFCU to be another of the wonderful benefits JM Family provides you, the Associate. And did you know our field of membership includes Associates, their immediate family members and household members? So talk to us about making JMAFCU a bigger part of your life by including those who share your life. While we have branches at the major JM Family locations, we also offer many convenient ways to handle your financial needs electronically through your mobile device or computer, by phone or at an ATM. And as many of you are aware, we have a great staff that provides award-winning customer service in the JM Family way – "We do it Better!" – every day. JMAFCU wants to be your primary financial institution! For those Members who utilize the full extent of JMAFCU for their financial needs, we want to truly thank you for placing your trust in us.
