reor t, Kirby edical enter was honored by a number of organiations this ast year for a ariet y of
accomlishments. We were recognied by the National ural ealth Association for the second year
in a row as a national o 20 ritical Access osital for atient atisfaction. Additionally, we receied
national recognition by ress aney for our atient satisfaction results in outatient, surgical and
emergency ser ices, as well as emloyee engagement.
We were also afforded the oor tunit y to tell and share our stor y with others. We soe at the tuder
Whats ight in ealth are onference in Nashille, ennessee, in August about our ourney toward
ser ice excellence. We also had the honor to resent on our emloyee wellness rogram at both the
llinois ural ealth Association and National ural ealth Association conferences.
