Being a Bee City means we are dedicated to providing an enriching environment for pollinators to thrive, not only in our parks, but throughout our community. Being a Bee City also means educa ng the public on the benefits of pollinators, including events like the upcoming "Carson City Earth Day: Celebrate Pollinators." Pollinators are essen al to the community's food produc on and it is up to all of us to help reduce impacts to the pollinator popula ons, for the benefit of future genera ons . While we're hoping there will be more Bee Ci es in the future, we're proud that the capital city is se ng the example by being the first Bee City in Nevada.
