SWEAT SHOP FITNESS
Sweat Shop is a co-ed fitness program with personalized
floor classes containing aerobics, Pilates, and yoga in one
hour of enjoyable musical exercise. Whether you want to
exercise easy or hard, you can have it all at the Sweat
Shop. There are no contracts or monthly fees. For ques-

GOLDEN LION TAI CHI C'HAUN & QI GONG
Tai Chi - the ancient Chinese mar al art known worldwide
for health, relaxa on, and longevity benefits. Join us for a
one hour class in Yang Tai Chi and Qi Gong; the most wide-
ly prac ced style of Tai Chi. This class is taught by the pro-
fessionals from Golden Lion School.

MUSCLE RESISTANCE TRAINING PROGRAM
This class is taught with the senior in mind. Those grand
golden years have come upon us. Re rement, golf on Sat-
urdays and Sunday brunch with the kids. It's just as im-
portant now as it was when we were younger, in fact more
so! This class focuses on strengthening muscles used when
walking and ge ng out of a chair; reduces fear of falling,
and aids seniors in staying mobile.

H.I.I.T.
High Intensity Interval Training. A "result –oriented" cross-
training workout involving strength, cardio endurance,
balance and core stability. This cross-training workout will
focus on one or more of these aspects, and will be differ-
ent in every class. A perfect cross-training workout to push
the student to the next level of fitness.
