Community Center-Comstock Room All Ages MUSCLE RESISTANCE TRAINING PROGRAM This class is taught with the senior in mind. Those grand golden years have come upon us. Re rement, golf on Sat- urdays and Sunday brunch with the kids. It's just as im- portant now as it was when we were younger, in fact more so! This class focuses on strengthening muscles used when walking and ge ng out of a chair; reduces fear of falling, and aids seniors in staying mobile. Community Center-Bonanza Room 55yrs+ H.I.I.T. High Intensity Interval Training. A "result –oriented" cross- training workout involving strength, cardio endurance, balance and core stability. This cross-training workout will focus on one or more of these aspects, and will be differ- ent in every class. A perfect cross-training workout to push the student to the next level of fitness.
