A flo- ta on belt is provided. Carson Aqua c Facility 18yrs+ AQUACIZE Aquacize is a co-ed water exercise program for adults of all ages, in a friendly, energe c atmosphere. Swimming skills are not required. No music is used so the pace is relaxed. This low-impact, water exercise program will tone muscles of all parts of the body with less stress on muscles. Classes are one hour long. Drop-ins welcome. Carson Aqua c Facility 18yrs+ RANGE OF MOTION This class is designed to increase mobility and range of mo- on through a series of gentle, head-to-toe exercises in the 92 degree Adult Therapy Pool. These exercises are ex- tremely low impact and are perfect for those with arthri s or who are recovering from surgery or injury. If physical limita ons, injuries, joint pain, or s ffness limit your mobil- ity and/or exercising op ons, this class might be just what you need. Swimming skills not required. Exercises are not cardiovascular in nature. Carson Aqua c Facility 18yrs+ GUPPIES & GROWN-UPS Making the water fun for your guppy is the most important step in preparing for swim lessons. This class is designed to acquaint adult and child with play ac vi es and to teach some very basic fundamental skills. The course is parent- driven, under the supervision of an instructor. No registra- on is required. Class is limited to 12 adult/child pairs, on a first-come, first-served basis. Carson Aqua c Facility 6 months-4yrs CARSON TIGERSHARKS COMPETITIVE SWIM PROGRAM League swimming is the best way to be introduced to the sport of swimming without the high commitment of an elite club. Leagues run on a seasonal basis, and compe - ons are short and fun, typically running 2-3 hours. The Carson Tigersharks emphasize stroke technique, racing, and friendships for junior swimmers (aged 5-12) and senior swimmers (aged 13-18). ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: One 25yd length of front crawl, one 25yd length of back crawl, com- fortable in deep water. Carson City Aqua c Center is partnering with Carson Ani- mal Services Ini a ve (CASI) to offer an aqua c adventure for your pups! Pets must be at least 6 months old, current on vaccina ons, and friendly around other dogs and peo- ple. Please do not bring female dogs that are in season.
