To whom it may concern: Throughout my years in the veterinary field I have had the pleasure of working with hundreds of talented, bright, and shinning individuals. However, no star shines brighter than the person in reference today. Teresa VanWagner has gone above and beyond each and every single time I have called for her assistance. Although there are many people at Covetrus who are willing and capable to help, I always ask for our customer engagement rep Ms. VanWagner. She is someone who always knows what our clinic needs, what products we use, and always gets back to us with news and updates on back orders, new products and as well as promotions. Teresa is such a delight that speaking with her on a daily basis gives me great joy because I know that our practice will be well taken care of, her sweet and gentle voice and caring demeanor makes her an outstanding employee and for that I feel that she needs to be recognized. There are times when I find myself at a loss when it comes to ordering certain products, should I get this one? Would that one be a better purchase? Is this going to be beneficial for our practice? These questions can sometimes be frustrating, especially when I first began to order for our hospital. Although I may be struggling to make the right choice, I know that I can count on Teresa to walk me through it and give me full confidence about my purchase. There truly is no one else like her. Teresa, for this and so much more I'd like to thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are someone so special and I wanted to take the time to put down in words how much you mean to us here at our hospital.
