Who doesn't like eggs?
FARM FRESH EGGS
This culinary superstar is an egg-cellent
dietary mainstay, not only for breakfast but
a great stand in for lunch or supper. They
are simple and easy to prepare, delicious,
comforting and economical. It's hard
to imagine we ever thought eggs were
anything but nutritional powerhouses.
These little orbs are packed with 6 grams
of protein (3 grams in the white and 3
grams in the yolk) including lutein, and
zeaxanthin for sharp eyesight, choline for
memory longevity, and healthy unsaturated
fats like omega – 3 fatty acids, which
help reduce the risk of heart disease and
regulate cholesterol. And a single egg has
just 70 calories.
Scrambled, over easy, poached, or
sunny-side up, there are so many ways to
enjoy the humble egg. To kick things up
a notch, Signature Montana's Culinary
expert, Chandee Bomgardner, weighs in
on some fun ways to take your eggs to the
next level.
SERIOUSLY!
