Mark Woehl The Certificate of Competency (CCT) for Network Support Technician explores and studies multiple facets of IT networking. Build skills in various networking hardware and software, protocols and devices. Learn concepts needed to better understand various aspects of network functionality and troubleshooting. Division: Business and Information Technologies Program Director: Wyatt Johnson The Certificate of Completion (CCL) in Networking Administration: Cisco provides training for a position working with Cisco Systems networking and Internet hardware. A Cisco Systems recognized Regional or Local Academy prepares students for industry-recognized certification. The curriculum is taught by Cisco Systems Certified Professionals. Knowledge and skills are developed to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco routers and components, advanced routing protocols, Local Area Networks (LANs), and Wide Area Networks (WANs).
