The Certificate of Completion lays the framework for the International Code Council (ICC) and International Association of Electrical Inspectors (IAEI) certification exams. Students are admitted to the Certificate of Completion in Electrical Technology- Residential Wiring program only through the Electric League of Arizona. Program Notes: Students must earn a grade of C or better in all courses within the program. Division: Industrial Technology Program Director: David Zamora The Associate in Applied Science (AAS) in Industrial Design Technology program prepares students for careers as technical assistants, engineering technicians or hands-on product manufacturers. This expertise will allow employment in a variety of hi-tech product development and manufacturing companies. The program includes courses designed to provide students with a working knowledge in the field of product design, product development and rapid part production. Competency and technical expertise will be learned on industry specific three-dimensional (3D) Solid Design software, Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) software, and 3D printers. The core specialty of the program is hands-on experience with Computer Aided Design (CAD), CAM, and 3D printing.
