SiG MT 81 CAPRESE FLATBREAD INGREDIENTS: • flatbread (homemade or premade) • 8-10 fresh sliced mozzarella cheese • 1-2 Roma tomatoes, sliced • fresh basil • balsamic reduction DIRECTIONS: 1. Begin by preheating your oven to 400° 2. Place your tomatoes and fresh mozzarella slices on your flatbread overlapping if needed. 3. Bake for 11-14 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbling. 4. Top with a drizzle of balsamic reduction and fresh basil. DIRECTIONS: 1. Preheat oven to 425° F 2. Unroll dough onto a greased baking pan. Spread out to fit pan and poke fork throughout the dough. Brush with olive oil and bake for 7-8 minutes. 3. While dough bakes, prepare toppings (cook/chop bacon, chop the cooked chicken, slice onion). 4. Remove pizza crust from oven, spread a thin layer of barbecue sauce evenly over the warm crust. 5. Top with mozzarella cheese, top with chicken, bacon, onion, and fresh pineapple. Drizzle a bit more barbecue sauce over the pizza and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. 6. Bake 7-10 more minutes until cheese is melted and crust turns golden brown. 7.
