Bitters' low-sugar makeup and complex herbal flavor profile are
attractive to those with sophisticated palates and those seeking
herbal remedies with functional properties that aid in digestion.
The botanical extracts market was valued at $3.6 billion in
2016 and is projected to grow at a CAGR of 9 percent from 2017,
to reach a value of $6.03 billion by 2022, according to a report
by Markets and Marketplace. The growth is being inf luenced
