community design framework considers

for rent and for sale are woven into a
tapestry of community pride, served
by 30+ miles of trails and lakes, and a
vibrant and sustainable neighborhood
town center featuring restaurants, bars,
shops and places to gather, including the
community amphitheater that comes alive
