Myers, CVJ Mrs. Jones visits four times a year with her Bichon Frise, keeping Jerry up-to-date on preventive care, year-round parasite protection, and regular dental treatments. You wish every client was as compliant as Mrs. Jones. She's not the perfect client that you perceive. Mrs. Jones is hiding a secret, two cats named Mutt and Jeff. She brought the littermates to your hospital when they were newly adopted. The indoor cats looked "perfectly healthy" so Mrs. Jones decided they didn't need ongoing veterinary care. After two years, Mutt and Jeff dropped off your reminder system. Now they're "secret cats" Mrs. Jones is hiding at home.
