Covetrus customer engagement representative,
Michele Carrigan
in Ocala, FL.
Lakewood Animal Hospital has heavily relied on her while placing
orders or doing research on new products for the clinic for more
than 10 years now. Michele has always been on top of our ordering
and she knows all of our clinic needs. If I am ever unable to reach
her and have to leave a voicemail, she always calls back in a quick
and timely manner. No feat is too big or too small for Michele,
whether the clinic is missing a box or looking for new surgery
equipment, we know we're in good hands when we talk to her.
Most importantly, she is incredibly nice and personable. Michele is
someone whom I have gotten to know very well over 8 years and
even consider her a dear friend.
