Diamond facets don't just happen, they take training, hard work, design and chipping away the rough edges to find the sparkle within. COLLEAGUES Utilize your resources. Foster an environment of reciprocation. The mentors I have found in my tenure at BICSI have not only shaped my career path, they've shaped me personally. The Women in BICSI Group is a wonderful place, not only to develop industry contacts, but real, genuine friendships. Women need to continue to support women, and the Women in BICSI are focused on that principle. Diamonds don't sparkle less when they are surrounded by other diamonds—they sparkle MORE. Diamonds are beautiful—especially when they are cut, cleaned and polished to show their full potential. To help finance this competitor, Women in BICSI is also looking for sponsors.
