2019 OneMerck Veterinarian Rebate Program January 1 – December 31, 2019
The 2019 OneMerck Veterinarian Rebate Program offers veterinarians the ability to earn rebates on purchases of Merck Animal Health products from
multiple species groups under one program. See your Merck Animal Health representative and program terms and conditions for details and eligibility.
Earn the following rebates on cumulative annual purchases of equine vaccines and pharmaceuticals:
*Net price after rebate columns are included with this order form to demonstrate how a rebate earned with the OneMerck Veterinarian Rebate Program can impact the net price.
These examples include:
6% - Example of a customer achieving Tier 2 in the equine product group.
12% - Example of a customer achieving Tier 3 in the equine product group.
*** Regu-Mate purchases will count only as a volume builder on the OneMerck Veterinarian Program for 2019.
Rebate will not be paid on Regu-Mate purchases.
