As we say at Proforma, "Dream Big." Brandon and Bethany certainly proved this mantra possible! They were able to leverage a past relationship to land the appointment that hooked this whale of a contract. After a previous client switched companies, she was able to get Bethany involved in an already undergoing RFP process at her new workplace, and since the potential client was based in California, Bethany brought in Brandon to help with the deal. Knowing that they had potential for a significant sale but that the turnaround for the proposal was extremely quick, Brandon and Bethany enlisted Michelle McCafferty, Director of Business Development – Major Accounts, and the Major Accounts Team to help them prepare the paperwork and necessary information. "We could not have done it without Michelle and her team!," Brandon said. "They were amazing every step of the way – from our initial call to the paperwork, contract negotiation and the whole process. It was a total team effort!" After the initial one-hour presentation to 25 decision-makers, the Proforma team was in the final two! A site visit to the Worldwide Support Center in Cleveland, where the whole scope of Proforma's offerings and expertise was shared, won the prospect over. After three more months of negotiation, Bethany, Brandon and the client signed the $12 million contract, which still has potential for growth. The initial contract covers promotional products and apparel for a global company store, leaving printing as a way to AMP Up this deal even more!
