and having to make an impact there
before you actually get a chance to
play your position. So the more you
can do. Pay attention in meetings,
don't be late, know your stuff when
you're on the field. A lot of coaches
look for guys who they can trust. Just
go hard and be yourself out there.
Know you're going to mess up and
just bounce back. Have a next-play
mentality and just keep pushing.
You've always got to keep trying to
get better and improve yourself.
There are new guys coming in every
year so you have to be a professional
and that comes from being in the
environment and learning from the
older guys. It's tough but you work
your whole life for it so it's definitely
worth it. You go through adversity
but just keep pushing. That's any
athlete really, not just NFL players.
It's good stuff to learn.
