Proforma's Strategic Advisors act as consultants and coaches for sales opportunities or client concerns. Owners and Sales Reps can work one-on- one with industry experts who will help them set goals, define sales strategies and commit to daily, weekly and monthly sales activities. Strategic Advisors also work with Owners and Sales Reps during New Owner Orientation, interactive educational webinars, Regional Planning Retreats and Convention. Coaching appointments are assigned based on an Owner's sales level: • Less than $400,000: Team Proforma 400 • $400,000 - $999,999: Pillars Club • More than $1,000,000: Million Dollar Club Start Me Up Monday / Group Coaching Join us every week for Start Me Up Mondays as we dig into topics to help you grow your business and give you a dose of weekly inspiration.
