The Agency Opens New Carmel Office B Y M I C H A E L C H AT F I E L D T here's a new player in the Monterey Peninsula real estate community, and The Agency has entered the fray in an impres- sive manner: among its first listings is a Pebble Beach waterfront home that held the record for highest sale price for a residential property in Monterey County.
