Reservation Procedure 1. Fill out Rental Request Form, available at: mortongroveparks.com or at the PVCC. 2. Rental Supervisor will contact you via Email within (3) business days. 3. Submit Rental Request Form to the Front Desk at PVCC for immediate notifi cation. 4. Reservations must be made at least 2 weeks out, but cannot be made more than 3 months in advance. Deposit Policy All rentals require a $150 rental deposit. The deposit is due within 5 days of approval notifi cation. Rental fees are due 1 week prior to the event. Deposits are non-refundable without 30 days notice of cancellation. Deposits will be returned within 30 days, provided all contract rules were followed and no damages or excessive cleanup needs were incurred to the building or its contents. Restrictions The Park District prohibits alcohol, grilling, smoking, open fl ames and collection of fees. Additional restrictions may apply. NOTE: Rental Fee is on an hourly basis and set-up and clean-up time must be included in the rental time. Infl atables, DJ and or bands need approval.
