No clue where to start? A full slate of cooking classes is offered in Pizazz's state-of-the-art "performance" kitchen—everything from Italian cuisine to sourdough and sushi classes. "Tasty Tuesday Lunches" at noon provide an hour of cooking instruction as well as a main dish, side, dessert, and drink for $15 (reservations required). A healthy cooking skills class on ursday evenings runs six weeks and again comes with meals. Pizazz also runs wine tastings, bagel demos, and fermentation workshops. Behind the demo kitchen are a commercial kitchen and new baking center, where a piemaker will set up shop. "I enjoy puing other entrepreneurs to work here without the overhead," Ronnau says, adding that Pizazz has incubated operations such as Saibeen's Kitchen, an Indian restaurant. Ronnau hopes to continue expanding the business, adding a tasting salon for wine and cocktails as well as a "hidden bar" with a speakeasy theme. It would be an "elegant, small-bite speakeasy –dark and quiet with a jazz singer," she muses. "I'm trying to fill that niche, offering something nice and eclectic" to Central Montana. With a full liquor license, the market already offers beer, wine, and spirits, including $5 Caesars, plus boled wine. A coffee of the month sells for $2 a cup. "I'd love to see Pizazz be all things food—eating, cooking, and everything else—under one umbrella," Ronnau says. "We can morph and grow."
