At this year's KBIS, Signature Kitchen Suite introduces a new 36-inch Dual- Fuel Pro Range with sous vide and induction, paired with a 36-inch hood that has been engineered to be installed without the need for make-up air. At just 38,000 BTUs, the 36-inch Dual-Fuel Pro Range with sous vide and induction emits less ambient heat compared to strictly gas and electric burner configurations, requiring 380 CFM, which falls under the common 400 CFM threshold. Depending on local ventilation code requirements, with this pro range, there may not be a need for a make-up air system.
