Throughout the year, you will be introduced to some of the many different people who make
up Covetrus. From finance to our transportation department, our associates are enabled and
encouraged not only to deliver our needs today, but to be part of our story for tomorrow.
What are you doing to impact our customers?
"Our team of training experts work closely with customers to evaluate their needs and goals
while identifying knowledge gaps. We analyze their current software usage and setup. Based on
this information, we build training programs to help practices be successful and fully utilize their
software capabilities. These programs can lead to greater efficiencies that impact the bottom line.
My team and I also collaborate with technical support to improve the overall customer experience
when calling or chatting with a support technician. We work to build training programs that will
improve knowledge and give new hires a solid skill foundation to best help our customers."
