The two shared the challenges the industry faced in 2019 and encouraged attendees to remain diligent in anticipating and tackling future issues. The Thursday morning General Session featured a power-packed panel of food and beverage innovators who are charting their own paths in the realm of plant-based foods. Among the panel were moderator Jennifer Barney (left) of 3rd & Broadway, a food product innovation consulting company, and Jenny Eu (right) of Three Trees, a producer of organic almond milks.
