LUBRICANT MIXING SYSTEM
The Pro-Mix Lubricating Systems from Industrial Innovations are designed to mix the
desired content of lubricant concentrate and water for distribution through an in-plant
piping network. Each machine connected to the network automatically receives a continuous supply of pressurized lubricant mixture. The system can be manufactured to
supply up to three different lubricant mixtures to each press, allowing flexibility for
various material applications. Fluid-level status indicators continuously monitor the level of the fluids and refill on demand or discontinue service if levels
reach a low point during operation.

The new Almamoly HD Grease from
Lubrication Engineers (LE) Inc. is a
high-performance grease containing
a special blend of solid lubricants
and a calcium sulfonate thickener. It
is formulated to withstand elevated
temperatures, heavy loads and exposure to water. Intended for long-lasting use in heavy-duty mobile equipment, Almamoly HD Grease can also
be used in automatic lubricators
and centralized lubrication systems.
It comes in 14-ounce grease tubes,
35-pound pails and drum-sized
bulk containers.

specially formulated
for oil-based industrial fluid systems.
The dyes work with
any host fluid and will not damage the fluid's properties or the system's components. The dyes can remain
safely in the system for periodic re-checks until the oil is
changed as part of a preventive maintenance program.
They are available in seven colors to help differentiate
between leaking fluid systems, especially those leaks
where portions of the hoses are hidden from view.

LUBRICANT CONDITION MONITOR
Fluitec's new lubrication failure-mode diagnostic tool, the RULER
View, was engineered to provide a window into the health of lubricants. With features such as a microphone for real-time dictation
of data relevant to the sample and an integrated camera to capture
an image of the Membrane Patch Colorimetry (MPC) patch when
testing for varnish potential, the RULER View is built for harsh
