I recently took over our ordering and I LOVE dealing with Ray! He knows what we need and he always works to get us the best prices. He is very familiar with our needs and our doctors. He has saved us a ton of money by signing us up with PSIvet as well as saving money off X-ray badge monitoring. The fact that he was a vet tech himself is a huge help because he always knows exactly what I am talking about. I can pick up the phone and call Ray about anything we need and if he doesn't have it, he will find it. We would be absolutely lost without him. I have never met him face to face but it is like talking to a friend. He is professional, yet very relatable. We love you Ray! You're the best!
